Lakeshore RV Center
Matt Kenseth has been on a role since the start of The Chase for The Sprint Cup.
He won the first two races in the chase and this weekend he returns to a track he won at back in April.
Kenseth will look to keep his roll going when he takes to the track in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.
The Kansas Speedway is a 1.5 mile track that is located in Kamas City, Kansas.
Kenseth is also the defending champion of the October race at the 72,000 seat track.
Many of those fans will be camping for the weekend and I have focused on three RV campgrounds that are a short distance from Kansas Speedway.
COTTONWOOD RV PARK
This 100 site park is located in Bonner Springs, Kansas and is within five minutes of the race track.
This RV park offers:
• 87 pull-through full hookups for Fifth Wheel, Travel Trailer, Toy Hauler, and Motorhomes
• Seven electric only back-ins
• Six back-ins with water and electric
• 50/30/20 amp electric
• Dump station
• Laundry
• Shower houses

WALNUT GROVE RV PARK
This 56-site park is located in Shawnee, Kansas and is 17 minutes from the speedway and offers the following:
• 20/30/50 amp sites for Fifth Wheel, Travel Trailer, Toy Hauler, and Motorhomes.

• Dump station
• Showers and restrooms
• Laundromat
• Wireless and internet ready
Rates are $32 per night for units under 30-feet, units 31-34-feet are $34 a night and over 36-feet are $36 per night.

MILLERS KAMPARK
Is located in Liberty, Missouri and is roughly 20 miles for the speedway.
This park offers 46 RV sites along with:
• 30 and 50 amp electric site for Fifth Wheel, Travel Trailer, Toy Hauler and Motorhomes.

• Dump station
• Showers and restrooms
• Laundry facility
• Free WiFi
Rates range from $25-$31 per night.

SPEEDWAY CAMPING
Kansas Speedway does offer camping inside the track for RV’s.
The Blue Ox Motorhome Terrace overlooks the backstretch and turn 4.
These are 20 X 45 sites for self-contained units including Fifth Wheel, Travel Trailer, Toy Hauler, Motorhomes and costs $2,450 for the season.
The Blue Ox Reserved Infield campground runs from $995-$1,185 for the season.
The Richmond Campground is located on the speedway’s southeast corner and runs from $150 to $210 for the weekend.
