John was amazing to work with from the first phone call. He took lots of time to answer all of our questions and was very patient. We came from out of state during the Christmas rush, so John held the trailer for us until we could see it in person. Once we got to the dealership, the team there went above and beyond to answer questions and add some things to our initial work order. Laurence in the finance department was outstanding to get the paperwork wrapped up quickly so we could catch our flight home. John arranged transport and boarder crossings like an expert and we can’t wait to start camping!!!
