Where is Lakeshore RV Center located?
We're at 4500 E Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442, serving West Michigan since 1986.
What are your sales hours?
Monday and Thursday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Call sales at (231) 571-1460.
How long has Lakeshore RV Center been in business?
Since 1986. We opened as Bonner's RV Center of Muskegon, were renamed Lakeshore RV Center when two local brothers acquired the business in 1999, and expanded in 2007 under new ownership from Grand Rapids, growing our buying power and inventory selection.
Buying an RV
What types of RVs do you sell?
We sell new and used RVs, with more than 500 in stock: travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class B and Class C motorhomes, toy haulers and destination trailers.
Do you offer RV financing?
Yes. We work with multiple lenders to find the best rates for your credit profile, with a variety of loan terms to match your monthly budget and timeline. You can apply online or in store, the credit application only takes a few minutes, and your personal and financial information is always handled securely and privately.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, regardless of where you purchased your RV. Send us its year, make, model, mileage and condition through our trade-in form, and our team will provide a competitive offer within one business day. We handle all the paperwork, and you can put your trade value toward any new or used RV on our lot.
Which RV brands do you carry?
Our lineup includes Forest River, Keystone, Heartland, Coachmen, East to West, Jayco, KZ, Thor Motor Coach and Cruiser.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our price is our price: what you see is what you pay, with no last-minute surprises. Our large inventory means low wholesale prices and no sales gimmicks.
Service & Parts
What kinds of RVs does your service department work on?
All makes and models. Our 10-bay facility is staffed with 6 full-time Master Certified RV technicians who handle everything from routine maintenance to major repairs.
Do you handle warranty work?
Yes. Our in-house warranty department processes claims for manufacturer and component warranties and for aftermarket service contracts.
What are your service and parts hours?
Our service and parts departments are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call service and parts at (231) 571-1448.
Do you sell RV parts and accessories?
Yes. We're one of West Michigan's largest RV parts superstores, with thousands of parts and accessories in stock. If we don't have it, we can special order nearly any RV part.
Do you offer winterization and storage?
Yes. We offer professional winterization services and secure storage options to protect your investment.
RV Delivery
Do you deliver RVs?
Yes. We offer 24/7 delivery of all our new and used RVs to all 48 contiguous states and throughout Canada. Every delivery is fully insured, with experienced professional drivers, live GPS tracking and a phone notification when your RV departs.
Where can you deliver my RV, and what does it cost?
We bring the RV directly to your home, campground or preferred location, and the driver gives you a complete show-through on arrival. Delivery pricing is based on distance: after purchase, contact us with your delivery location and we will provide an estimate right away.
