The Super Bowl is coming up and you know what that means--Super Bowl parties! Whether you’re a party of one or planning to have a bunch of people over, you can’t watch the biggest game of the season without food! Here is a collection of the best Super Bowl snacks around that you can make to keep yourself and your guests fed while you cheer on your favorite team!

Buffalo Chicken Dip


This hearty dip really hits the spot! The chicken offers up something to stick to the stomach and it tastes like wings! The best part is this is made in the crockpot so you can just toss it in and let it cook while you focus on other things!

Ingredients:


1½ lb. chicken breast
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
¾ C. hot sauce
1 C. ranch dressing
2 C. shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions:


Step 1: Place the chicken and hot sauce in the crockpot. Cook for around 2 hours on high.

Step 2: In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour into the crockpot. Cook for about another 2 hours.

Step 3: The chicken should be easy to shred at this point. Shred it with forks and mix in the dip to coat everything.

Serve with chips, crackers, or crusty bread!

Artichoke Dip


Artichoke dip is so versatile, and this one is somewhat good for you too! Give it a try!

Ingredients:


1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened to room temp
2 C. mayo
1 can artichoke hearts
2 green onions, diced
½ C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ tsp. hot sauce
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Step 2: Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

Step 3: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth.

Step 4: Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

Step 5: Place the mixture in a shallow casserole dish and bake 30-40 minutes or until browned and bubbly!

Serve with crackers, chips, veggies, or crusty bread!

Taco Snack Mix


Everyone has some sort of go-to snack mix, but this one is set apart with taco flavoring! Create this salty snack everyone will ask for!

Ingredients:


4 C. popcorn
2 C. mini pretzels
2 C. Cheez-It® crackers
1 C. peanuts
5 Tbsp. melted butter
⅓ C. hot sauce
1 packet of taco seasoning

Directions:


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 300° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Add the popcorn, pretzels, crackers, and peanuts to a large bowl and set aside.

Step 3: In a small bowl, combined the melted butter, hot sauce, and taco seasonings. Pour over the mixture in the large bowl and toss to coat.

Step 4: Pour the mixture out onto the baking sheet, ensuring nothing is overlapping.

Step 5: Bake for around 40 minutes, stirring and flipping about every 10 minutes, so that everything bakes evenly. Cool before serving.

Pizza Cheese Fries


If you love pizza, and you love French fries, then you'll be blown away by this snack that combines the two! Check these out!

Ingredients:


1 package frozen fries
1 jar pizza sauce
1½ C. shredded pizza cheese
sliced pepperoni
chopped green peppers
diced fresh mushrooms
Any other pizza toppings you love!

Directions:


Step 1: Prepare the fries according to the directions on the package. This will vary depending on the type and brand of fries you choose.

Step 2: Once the fries are baked, drizzle 1 cup of the sauce over the top of them, top with cheese and other toppings, and pop them back into the oven for 5 – 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted!

Serve these with extra pizza sauce for dipping!

Hot Wings


Bust out your deep fryer for this finger-licking snack!

Ingredients:


3 lbs. chicken wings
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1½ C. of your favorite hot sauce
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp. honey

Directions:


Step 1: Fill your fryer (or a frying pan) with your preferred oil and heat it to 375° F.

Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix the flour and paprika until well blended.

Step 3: Coat the wings in the flour mixture and fry them for around 15 minutes per batch or until they’re cooked all the way through and browned on the outside.

Step 4: Set on a rack or on paper towels to drain the extra oil off.

Step 5: Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, mix the hot sauce, butter, and honey. Heat until the butter melts and everything is mixed well. Simmer for around 10 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.

Step 6: Pour about ½ cup of the sauce into a small bowl and save it for dipping. Put the wings in the pan with the remaining sauce and toss to coat.

You can serve these with the remaining sauce, blue cheese, or ranch!

Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños


Everything is better with bacon, right?!? These bacon-wrapped jalapeños are just what your guests are looking for! These whip up quick and easy too!

Ingredients:


1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1½ C. shredded pepper jack cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
10 jalapeños
5 slices of bacon, cut in half

Directions:


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the cheese and garlic. Set aside.

Step 3: Slice each jalapeño down the center lengthwise and scoop out all the seeds.

Step 4: Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese and garlic mixture and then wrap it in a strip of bacon.

Step 5: Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for around 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy!
