Drivers and race fans will flock to Martinsville, Virginia for the STP Gas Booster 500.
The half-mile oval, which opened in 1947, has seating for over 60,000 fans.
Many of those fans will be camping for the week and there are several options available for those planning on staying in their RV’s.
MARTINSVILLE SPEEDWAY CAMPGROUND
Stay at Martinsville Speedway for your race week home away from home. Martinsville campground offers both RV and tent camping. Price per campsite ranges from $100-$500. Camping at Martinsville Speedway has multiple options offered throughout the race weekend! The Martinsville Speedway has reserved camping available on the backstretch and third turn. The majority of the campsites at Martinsville Speedway are general admission and those sites may be purchased in advance or at the Campground Entrance once you arrive at the track. To hold your spot you must place a RV on site at the time of your arrival. There is no infield parking. Each campsite measures 18’ x 40’ and you have parking for 1 vehicle per tent or RV. There are complimentary portable restrooms and showers. INDIAN HERITAGE CAMPGROUND
A mix of wilderness on the banks of the Smith River, but seconds from the city amenities. Indian Heritage Park has spots for both RV and tents. This 29-site campground is just two miles from the race track and offers the following:

DAN RIVER CAMPGROUND
This is a 51-site campground that is 20 miles from the speedway.
The campground offers the following amenities:

Located 13 miles from the speedway, this 93-site campground sits on Philpott Lake.
