After racing the past two weeks on 1.5 mile tracks, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to the short track.
Saturday night under the lights, 43 drivers will tackle Richmond International Speedway in the Toyota Owners 400.
This will be the first of two visits the Spring Cup Series will make to the ¾-mile D-shaped oval.
Last season Kyle Busch won the spring race at Richmond and we will look to defend that title on Saturday.
The track holds 94,000 spectators and many of those will be RV camping for the weekend.
The following are three RV Park options if you are planning on attending the race this weekend.
KOSMO VILLAGE CAMPGROUND
This 17-site campground is located 18 miles from the speedway in Glen Allen, Virginia.
RV's up to 85-feet can be accommodated and the amenities there include:
• 30 and 50 amp electric for Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel, Toy Hauler, and Motorhomes
• Water and sewer
• Free WiFi
• Trash dumpster
Rates for NASCAR weekends require a three-night minimum stay, paid in advance. The rates are $50 per night during both the April and September races.

ROCKAHOCK RV PARK
Is located 33 miles from the speedway and sits on the Chickahominy River in Lanexa, Virginia,
This 100-site RV Park has some of the following amenities:
• Full hook up sites for Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel, Toy Hauler, and Motorhomes
• 30 and 50 amp service
• Dump station
• Cable TV
• Showers
• Laundry room
• Fire rings
Rates start at $37.75 per day or $135 for a Wednesday through Sunday package for a pull-through lot.
